100% organic quality, fresh, regional products from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania come to the table in the meerSalz restaurant. The kitchen-team cook individually for each guest. And this means: the food is not only prepared when ordered it is also spiced for a specific type with selected herbs that have a warming or cooling, hydrating or dehydrating effect.
The culinary experience is rounded off by a unique wine list. The service team offers amongst others relatively young red wines, by the way all 100% organic, from grapes at high altitude. These wines have a beneficial health effect, i.e. they reduce inflammation, promote blood circulation and reduce the risk of cancer: a healthy pleasure for all the senses.
