Putbus royal residence

The old royal residence stretches along the Rügische Bodden area. The character of the classical town centre with its shining, white houses and rose bushes in front has been retained. We recommend a trip to the theatre. It is again presenting various plays after in-depth restoration since the start of 2002. Embedded in the surrounding area, Putbus Park offers hills covered in deciduous trees and wide grassy areas. Other sites are the orangeries, the parish church, the mausoleum of the royal family and the rose café.
