Organic gustogenese
Our cuisine is as individual as each guest and their needs. All food in the meerSalz restaurant is prepared from 100% organic food and is proven to have a positive effect on health. It is extraordinary that food is prepared especially for each individual guest.
To be specific, this means: we not only prepare all food to order, it is also spiced individually to match a specific type. Our kitchen crew uses selected herbs that have a warming or cooling, hydrating or dehydrating effect. This is based on the knowledge that there are basically four types of people: hot-dry, hot-wet, cold-dry, cold-wet.
We determine your type using a questionnaire in our menu.
GUSTOGENESE 3/0:
The guest only gets a warm and varied meal at lunch. Gustogenese is made from whole foods and yet extremely gentle. Food combining is used. Setting up an acid/base balance is important.
GUSTOGENESE 3/1:
As with 3/0, in the evening there is a small meal without carbohydrates.
GUSTOGENESE 3/2:
As for 3/1 but at lunch food combining is no longer used. Carbohydrate and protein are combined.
GUSTOGENESE 3/3:
This is the last stage of the diet. For breakfast there is also milled muesli, various fruits, an egg on request. Lunch is a 3-course menu with base soup, main course and a low-sugar dessert. In the evening there is a base soup and a main course without carbohydrates.
