Children

Because of the attached medical centre we welcome children from the age of 12. Exceptions are the months of July and August as well as christmas and New Year.  

Arrival | departure time

The room reserved for you is available from 15.00 on the date of arrival and up to 11.00 on the date of departure. If you will arrive after 18.00 please let us know.

Pets

For your well-behaved four-legged friends we charge €25 for each week started. Please note that pets are not permitted in the catering areas, the meerSinn Spa and the artepuri med center.

Smoking

All areas in the artepuri hotel® meerSinn are non-smoking.

Parking

We are happy to reserve space in the hotel's own underground car park on request for €12.00 per day. As some of the spaces can only be used for cars under 1.5m high we need the car's model or height when you make the reservation. We have limited parking space and can therefore not guarantee a space without advance reservation.

Payment by health insurance companies

We are a private institute and do not produce invoices that can be charged on to health insurance companies as per the German Medical Fee Schedule. To ensure you still have the opportunity of receiving a reimbursement for therapy costs your general practitioner should issue a prescription for the necessary treatments. But each insurance company decides separately which treatments it pays for. In order to receive precise information in advance on which treatments are paid for by your private health insurance, we recommend that you submit our quotation or list of services to them before arrival. As a private institute we do not receive spa subsidies. Our hotel is not classified as a spa hotel. Please note that we are not a rehab centre and do not produce rehab reports.

Invoice & payment

At the end of your stay you will receive a complete invoice for all the services. You can pay this by cash, with your debit card (and PIN) or common credit cards. You can also pay a deposit by bank transfer or credit card on arrival.
